In part time services we depute an engineer either six days half days or three full days a week as desired by the customer. We also customize FM services according to customer requirements for e.g. once a week or twice a week full day or half day as required. 

Our FM services ranges from as low as Rs. 2000/- a month.  

Brief Scope of Facilites management services by the FM engineer 

ü       Maintenance, administration, operation of the entire network. Regular Disk space utilization & management of desktops/servers.

ü       Management of all network devices incl. Switches, routers, hubs.

ü       Regularly update patches/drivers/ support packs as & when required

ü       Installation of new software’s/utilities as required.

ü       Coordinate with hardware vendors for hardware under warranty/amc.

ü       Take regular back-ups.

ü       Asset management

ü       Provide central helpdesk for all users.
