undertake annual maintenance contract services for all
types of computers. Annual Maintenance Contract
(AMC) Features:
- Visit to clients Spot Every Month for system
Analysis & Maintenance.
- We don’t put any service charge, we come for
unlimited visit.
- The customer or any unauthorised user shall not
alter or change system setting set by our engineer.
- During the contract, if any additional peripherals
like modem, printer, scanners etc., are added, service
charges shall be leived separately.
- On Call service is done within 10 Hrs of the
complaint registered, however in case of emergency the
same shall be taken up immediately.
- Service charge is not included in the AMC & ASC, But
replacement of the defective parts is charged only for
the ASC customers
