1. Position: Enterprise Market Analyzer cum Coordinator

Qualification: MBA/BBA/Any Graduation with Computer Knowledge
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Brief Job Profile: Understanding the Business potential for the company by analyzing the existing offline information about the Customer, We have CRM implemented need to work with the CRM Package, hence CRM Process knowledge will be an add on advantage. Owner for successful execution of e-mail promotions, promotions via telephone, web etc. to create the awareness about the company and service offerings and identify the sales potentials and handover to the field team, Coordination between the business Team with Accounts, Purchase, Service Delivery & Collecting the feedback about our services/solutions from customers etc.
2. Position: Business Development Executives
Preferred Candidates: Male / Female
Location: New Delhi, Cochin, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Department: ESMG
No Of Positions: 5 each
Qualification: MBA / BBA / Any Graduation with Computer Knowledge
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Brief Job Profile: Interacting with the customers to understand the requirements., Designing the IT solutions with the help of internal Solution specialists & Solution architects, prepare, present, conveyance the solution with the customer close the Sales Cycle and handover the Customer to ZION Service Delivery team along with commercially clear Sale Agreement from the customer. Field based target oriented enterprise marketing profile.
3. Position: Business Development Manager
Preferred Candidate: Male / Female
Location: New Delhi, Cochin, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Department: ESMG
No of Positions: 1 no each
Qualification: MBA / BBA / Any Graduation with Computer Knowledge
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Brief Job Profile: Interacting with the customers to understand the requirement Well, Designing the IT solutions with the help of internal Solution specialists & Solution architects, prepare, present, conveyance the solution with the customer finish the Sale Cycle and handover the Customer to ZION Service Delivery team along with commercially clear Sale Agreement from the customer. Field based target oriented enterprise marketing profile that need to handle the Business Team combines of min 5 to 10 BDEs.
4. Position: Service Delivery Engineers
Preferred Candidate: Male / Female
Location: New Delhi, Cochin, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
Department: ESSD
No of Positions: 10 + each
Qualification: BE or B. Tech/ Diploma / Any Graduation / Equivalent
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Brief Job Profile: Implementing and maintaining the IT solutions, Both field profile as well Resident Engineer rolls are available- Good sound knowledge of Computer hardware and networking, Enterprise server level hardware skills as well networking skills are preferred. Certifications like MCP/ MCSE/ RHSE / CCNA / ITIL Foundation etc will be add on advantages. Fresher will be on the job training program prior to be absorb as regular employee.
